The Magnificent 13Bedroom Apartments are the combination of the Gogeous 3Bedroom Apartment, the Lightful 4 Bedroom Apartment placed on the 1st floor of our historical building, and the River 3Bedroom Apartment and the Luxury 3Bedroom Apartment placed on the 3rd floor. The building is located in a XIX century romantic Lisbon style neighborhood. It is known for it´s Pombaline Architecture that was created after the 1755 earthquake that destroyed most of the city.
The Pombaline Style as high ceilings and huge spaces. The apartments are decorated with a stylist decoration combining the original wooden floors and the original plaster.
The set of the 4 apartments are divided by 3 100sm 3bedroom apartments and one 110sm 4bedroom apartment. Each apartment as sofas in each living room, and can accommodate a number of 30 guests in total. So we offer a solution for a big groups who wants to stay in the building, sharing 2 different unique apartments.
The flats have in total 420sm, 4 modern and huge living rooms with 10 amazing door windows with a breath-taking view to the garden and street, 4 fully equipped kitchens, 13 bedrooms fully equipped with closets, and double and queen beds. The apartments have 4 complete bathrooms, and 2 service toilets
The kitchens are complete, with stoves, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, blender and washing machines.
