Payment and House Rules


To confirm your reservation, payment is made via bank transfer or PAYPAL. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon check-in.


Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.


House Rules:
• No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited within the apartment.
• Noise: Quiet hours are enforced after 11:00 PM. Please be mindful of the building’s rules and the neighbors, as this is a residential property.
• Respect for Property: We ask that you treat the apartment with the same care and respect you would your own home.


Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required on the day of check-in, the amount of which varies depending on the apartment. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment and its contents.
