It is known for it´s Pombaline Architecture that was created after the 1755 earthquake that destroyed most of the city. The Pombaline Style as high ceilings and huge spaces. The apartments are decorated with a stylist decoration combining the original wooden floors and the original plaster.
The set of the 2 apartments are divided by one 100sm 3bedroom apartment and one 120sm 3bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of the building, these 2 apartments are connected. Each apartment as sofas, and can accommodate a number of 14 guests in total. So we offer a solution for a big group who wants to stay in the building, sharing 2 different unique apartments.
The flats have in total 220sm, 2 modern and huge living rooms with 5 amazing door windows with a breath-taking view to the garden and river, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 6 bedrooms fully equipped with closets, and double and queen beds. You can use the 2 kitchen facilities, laundry etc. The apartments have 2 complete bathrooms, and one service toilet.
